Privacy

Short version: the beta sign-up form stores what you type into it, and nothing else. No analytics script, no cookies, no sharing.

What's stored

When you send the beta form: your email address and your answers (collection size, drives, whether you look things up by person, what's in your collection, and the two optional text answers), whether you said yes to a call, and when you signed up. If we talk or you send a report, I add the date and short notes to the same record.

It's kept in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the EU. Each sign-up also sends me one email with your answers.

Why

To contact you about the beta (only if you asked for a call, or to reply to you), and to keep the list of testers who qualify for the free licence. Nothing is sent to you automatically, and there's no newsletter.

What isn't collected

This site has no analytics script, sets no cookies, and loads nothing from other sites. Fonts are hosted here. I don't sell or share your data with anyone. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve the page and counts visits on its servers; your IP address is not stored with your sign-up.

The download and the app

The installer is downloaded from GitHub, which sees your IP address like any website you visit. In the app, the update check sends your IP address and the app version to GitHub. The app sends no telemetry, and your collection never leaves your computer.

Getting your data deleted

Email support@timeprintdb.com and I'll delete your record, or send you a copy of it. You don't need to give a reason.
